Job Description
To Ensure & Proper check of all the related document of contractor workers recruitment (Adhar card and age of worker, pre Medical).

To Ensure & Proper check of all the related document about Annual medical & vaccination ,time to time give the safety training of the Employees.

Maintain the leave and Attendance records of payroll employees.

Maintain the swipe missing and income tax records of the payroll Employees.

Prepare MIS joining new employees and left in excel sheet.

Prepare MIS Employee (Attendance, Leave & Dmp ,Imp records) in excel sheet.

Prepare MIS (salary sheet & Pay slips, Bonus sheet), deductions of the employees on Excel .

Maintain Statutory Compliance as PF, ESIC,BONUS.

Maintain all type of Registers & Form No.

To Ensure the House keeping in work station & canteen coupon distribution to all employees.

To Maintain the 5s in work Station, Notice Board, Communication Board, Display Board & Hr Dashboard.
