Job Description
Prosper Overseas is seeking for “Accountant”with experience of 1-5 years. Females are preferable.
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
• Good working Knowledge on GST and tally software
• To handle cash
• Dealing with the bankers.
• Generation of MIS Reports.
• Entering all sales related data.
• Maintaining invoices & bills.
• Good working knowledge on MS-Office / Tally
Timings: 10 am to 7pm (Only day shift)

Position: - Hr Recruiter

Job Description:-

1. End to End Recruitment: Managing end to end recruitments through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, feedback collection, document collection and post-offer follow-up till joining.
2. Understanding job description & job specifications.
3. Sourcing & screening profiles through the various medium like Job Portals, Job Posting, Referencing, Social Media and Professional Network, etc.
4. Managing the entire process of recruitment cycle and closing the position within the stipulated time.
5. Screening and selecting best-matched profiles and taking initial telephonic interviews.
6. Briefing candidates regarding the job descriptions, company profile and career perspective.
7. Follow up with the panel to manage candidate feedback /selection.
8. Following up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining.
9. Recruitment Analysis.
10. Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks.

Requirements:-

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Knowledge of MS Word is essential

Eligibility: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Both Males\Females can apply)
Note: Experience: 0-2 Yrs.
CTC :12k-15k
Walk-in Timings - 1pm - 5pm.
