Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
Strategy formulation & implementation :-
To organize / plan / conduct various marketing activities such as Customer Contact Programs/meets, MFG & dealer tie up events, Shikar Sammelan, Gramsabha, Weekly bazaar activity, Sathiya diwas, NOC day,corporate marketing activity etc in coordination with DM & Branch Teams.
To facilitate the implementation of Direct Marketing programs by coordinating and guiding the DM & Branch Teams.
To understand the branch existing customer / products financed profile.
Innovative methods of new business generation in compliance with company guidelines.
Relationship Management :-
To co-ordinate with Area offices, Dealers, Branches, Marketing department for successful implementation of company marketing initiatives and also branch / area level marketing initiatives.
To know the competitors marketing practices/ schemes in the region.
To maintain cordial relationship with internal and external
People Management :-
To ensure that every branch in the area allocated is visited in a month and visit report maintained. Min 3- 4 days to be allocated per branch.
To ensure follow-up and conversion of business from existing database. Also expansion through acquisition of new customer base. This is to be done in co-ordination with existing DM & MMFSL team.
Lead DM Customer Manager Team of the Area.
To ensure Activity planning and execution.
To ensure proper MIS of leads generated through various programs is properly captured and followed up.
To achieve business targets of branches under his/her control.
Ensuring adherence of business work ethics by team.
Grievance handling of the team and ensuring timely action upon the same.
Daily /monthly reporting to be ensured.
Portfolio Management :-
Ensure timely collections in coordination with DM & MMFSL team
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
