Urgent Requirement Education Counselor Day shift for Executive And Sr.Executive

Rs 9K to 11K (based on performance in Interview and previous experience) + Attractive performance based incentives (good performers are earning monthly incentives Higher to their salary)

What will you be doing?

This role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by selling products to prospective students.

Making outbound phone calls ( 80-100 calls daily) on leads provided by Career Reacher

Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs

Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients

Adhering to processes and quality standards

Whom are we looking for?

SSLC / 1st Puc / 2nd PUC /Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 2 yrs of experience in sales, tele sales, outbound sales, inside sales with revenue targets

At least 50% marks in 10th and 12th

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Handling day to day counseling of students and closing of admissions. 
  • Calling up on data given by the marketing department and generating foot falls. 
  • Follow up with students for admissions. 
  • Handle student walk-ins at the Center. 
  • Follow up on leads generated through various sources. 
  • Capture student profile. 
  • Improve Student Satisfaction / CRM Level. 
  • Effective day to day center management. 
  • Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target. 
  • Responsible for delivering impact sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location. 
  • Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.

Salary : INR 1,00,000 - 2,15,000 P.A. Fixed Salary + Performance Based Incentives (can earn incentives equal to monthly salary)
