Job Description: HR Executive
Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT: Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interview over the phone, salary negotiation and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date.
Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for core Voice Process, BPO profiles for all levels.
Should have good knowledge about Job portals & Proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines.
Should have experience in Competency hiring, walk-ins etc.
To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
Good in Domain specific or skill specific, good in Market mapping.
Streamline and improvise on recruitment process ,and Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.
Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills.
Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must have Excellent English communication both oral & written. (Mandatory)
Should have min of 1 to 2 years of experience in Bpo recruitment Volume/ Lateral Hiring.
Experience in hiring for Voice process. Staffing/Consultancy experience will be added advantage.
Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Should be Target oriented and a self-starter and capable to work under pressure.
Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
Excellent Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment.
Should have good Analytical, Time management. problem solving & people management skills, Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to resource the right candidates.
Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
