JOB DESCRIPTION :
Admin Executive Profile:
General Administration (Housekeeping, Securities & Safety, maintenance of procurement,
Pest control, taking a queries of Daily and execute in different locations )
2. Warranty Management - Keeping record of the asset to get the warranty from
Company and assign the vendor for any issue to desire vendor
3. IT Support - installation of biometric & cabling etc.
4. Maintenance Management – Handling maintenance, repair & replacement of office and
Outlets equipments, appliances, furniture etc.
5. Correspondence with electrical department for different locations (JE, SDO etc).
6. Banking: cash withdrawal, cheque deposit etc.
7. Correspondence with court work i.e. stamps paper, notary, agreements etc.
8. Assets purchasing: Purchasing of All office and restaurant equipments.
9. Vendor Management: Arranging new vendor's for outlet renovation and new work,
installation of new and old equipments.
10. Correspondence with MCG and Huda Dep. - i.e. submission of licence file and complains.
11. Complete Renovation of existing outlets.
12. Purchasing of office stationary.
