Job Description
1)Excellent selling and persuading skills.

2)1-3 Years of relevant experience in sales or collection.

3)Ability to confidently engage the client in a conversation, not just to follow a script.

4)Agreeable accent and choice of vocabulary.

5)Ability to plan and manage follow-ups.

6)Ability to work under stress and to meet challenging sales targets.

7) Make daily calls to eligible clients to convince them to take the Product & Services.

8) Responsible to handle & outbound inbound calls.

9) Proactively follow up with customers where necessary to persuade them to sign the contract.

10)Share sales techniques and knowledge with the TL and fellow specialist to drive the overall performance of the team.
