Our Client is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business development manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
First and foremost, we’re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
We’re looking for Business development manager who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.

• A Graduate degree is required. Degree in Management in Business Administration would be an added advantage.
• Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential Customer’s.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG/Food/Tissue/Coffee Vending machine sales preferred.
• Knowledge of local market.
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Two to three years of previous experience in sales.
• Fluent communication skills.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results.

Job Description
• Responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining the current business base, within the assigned territory.
• Managing client accounts
• Finding and following new sales leads & retaining existing accounts.
• Negotiating sales contracts.

• Demonstrated good account management practices with the ability to grow business.
• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
• Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Must be eager and capable to move into more responsible roles.
• Researching market and industry trends.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage existing business.
• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
• Maintain healthy relationship with the Customer and address their needs effectively.
• Identifying new market opportunities.
