JD of Consultant - Raipur/Mumbai/Delhi/Ahmedabad/Hyderabad/Ludhiana.
Job Purpose:
Consultant is serve 24 man-days per month at various clients place handling numerous projects, implementing defined scope of work in the clients business thus assisting the clients business to go to the next level

Responsible to serve 24 man-days per month at various clients place and handle numerous consulting projects
Consultant will visit all mapped clients business at regular intervals and implement the defined SOW within timelines.
Document various policies / processes and implement the same at the clients business
Train the clients employees to improve efficiency
Design MIS / Dash board sat client place
Motivate the client to implement the doables in his business
Manage all client complaints / queries effectively within defined TAT
Responsible to review all mapped clients progress so that their business goes to the next level
Responsible for client retention and client renewals
Responsible for all clients mapped to fulfill the commitments made while selling the consulting offerings
Responsible for doing research and understanding the industry, competitive analysis, and various distribution models for the client.
Responsible for the execution of agreement along with finalised sow with the help of a legal team.
Responsible for finalising, yearly sales strategy and budgets of a client with the help of PC and SME Subject Matter Expert
Responsible for identifying resources required to implement the SOW at clients place and getting it arranged through the client, at his/her place.
Responsible for training and development of clients team and facilitating GMM-Growth multiplication meeting.
Responsible for preparing, submitting and implementing a project month plan at clients place
Responsible for organising overall clients business and giving it a professional outlook within 60 days.
Responsible for taking appropriate decisions for clients business, whenever required, with the help of PC and SME.
Solving challenges/problems/ bottlenecks/gaps at clients place with the help of PC and SME.
Getting client dockets signed between client after completion of each activity under SOW.
Coordinating with SME-Subject Matter Expert and Principal Consultant for timely deliverables.
Responsible for getting timely and satisfactory feedback from client on project doables and document the same
Conducting various employee engagement activities at clients place and ensuring high team motivation and retention of clients manpower.
Responsible for generating revenue by cross-selling various products.
Responsible for getting timely payments from the client as per agreed terms & conditions of the contract.
Ensuring the over achievement of sales strategy and figures at clients place and earning the success fee over and above fixed fees of the contract.
Responsible for adhering all policies, processes and ERP system requirements of and participating in various pieces of training, reading sessions, etc. conducted by and updating self on knowledge of various industries, cross-functional Teams, and business acumen.
