Job Description

The job involves keeping a track of incoming / outgoing shipments, sending documents to customers, guidance about filling up customs paperwork, coordinating with customers regarding customs clearance & shipment tracking, email reports to customers, replying emails sent by customers, advising them regarding customs procedures and other info.

Data Entry into the erp system about inquiries, shipment schedules, quotation preparation and follow up until confirmation of the job.

Co-ordination with worldwide agents and high profile clients with email communication regarding update on export and import consignments

Coordination with field staff, Shipping companies / agents / CFS for obtaining charges, invoices.

Candidiate must have a strong background of the Shipping/Logistics industry and must have worked as a customer service executive with a CHA for at least 2 years.

Job requires good command over spoken and written English, communication skills and telephone skills. Knowledge of foreign language is an added advantage.

Candidates having required experiences in Clearance / Shipping field will be given preference. Candidates residing in Mumbai and closer to Wadala will be considered.

Salary Range depending upon the relevant work experience in the industry. Range would be Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000
