We are urgently looking for Relationship Manager & Senior Relationship Manager from Wealth Industry for reputed Bank.

Private Banking Spread:

• Coverage: 22 locations across 13,000 clients.
• Team Size: 150 plus Relationship Managers supported by a 15 member strong Research & Product Team.
• Product Coverage: Includes Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Primary & Secondary Market Debt, Insurance, Alternates like Private Equity and PMS, Equity Linked Debentures, Loan portfolio, High end Banking Solutions, Estate Planning ,Tax Advisory, Real Estate solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Guiding, developing and motivating team members for achieving team targets.
• To work with the retail branch banking channels towards lead generation, client acquisition and servicing.
• Ensuring proper development of Business in area in terms of clients, Market share, processes and relationship management.
• To meet the Sales target in terms of income generated across all advisory Products and also Product support for Third Party Product basis internal revenue slabs.
• To acquire new clients in the targeted HNI segment from outside the Bank consistently.
• To retain and enhance Advisory relationships.

1. Requirements for Relationship Manager
• Candidate must have spent at least 1 year in the current role.
• Should possess over all work experience of 4 – 6 years in wealth management and
• Candidate must possess at least a Master of Commerce or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Having experience of selling equity, mutual funds and insurance related products.
• Having experience & knowledge of retail banking.
• Should be AMFI certified.
Other Specifications
• MBA with 3 - 5 year’s experience

2. Requirements for Senior Relationship Manager
• Should possess at least 8+ years of work experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / HNI relationship management.
• Having experience of selling equity, mutual funds, and insurance related products to HNI Clients.
• Candidate must possess at least a Master of Commerce or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Relationship management skills & client sourcing capabilities.
• Good interpersonal & team leadership skills.
• AMFI Certification mandatory
