Work the person will do - EPM resource centre updates New joiner resource set up Contractor end date tracking BAU project plan updates and support of resource managers Project plan support for PMs Project kick off emails Contractor furlough tracking Creation of resource management reports Update of the skills database once its been created by the Resource Manager Provide support to the Resource Manager where requested
Specialist Technical Skill Required:
Advanced MS Project and planning experience. EPM and ServiceNow experience is an advantage. Years of Experience: 5+ years Key Competencies Excellent attention to detail; fast accurate work Excellent administration skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Excellent relationship management skills Strong team player Ability to be proactive and work alone as well as part of a larger team Must be very well organised and be able to respond to changing priorities Analytical and flexible

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
