Details of Skill set Requirements

Internet marketing: Multi channel Implementation

• Site Advertising, Lead generation through various Internet channels, Analytics and Monitoring.

• Creative and Graphic Design: Layouts, landing pages, web profiles, marketing material

• Multi-channel marketing: Content creation, strategy and campaigns, Copy writing.

• Email Marketing: mailing templates: Newsletters, Promotional Offers, Loyalty program Marketing

• Analytics and Reporting of performance against KPI and bench marking

• A / b testing in various sections, Subscriber base segmentation,

• Analysis of statistics and adjustment for improvement

• Automation and performance improvement, reporting

SEO site optimization:

• search topics for writing articles

• development of technical specifications for copywriters

• posting articles on the sites

• page editing

• maintaining the relevance of information on the site

• writing and optimizing meta tags, creating new pages, upload pictures

• creating tables in html

• compilation of the semantic core

• linking texts

• conducting seo-audits (technical)

• internal website optimization

• writing content for sections of the site

• Help Resources (Key Collector, Advego, Xenu, Sape)

Crowd marketing & Reputation Management:

• writing positive reviews about the company

• increase the link mass of the site

• work with the target audience in social networks, blogs, forums, online communities

Contextual advertising:

• setting up an advertising company

• launch a / b testing

• preparation and launch of an advertising campaign

Social Media Management:

• Experience in Publication of company news

• Reposts from other sources of placement (catalogs, articles about us in online newspapers)

• Creating a channel on YouTube, posting a video about the company

• Reporting

Tasks/Responsibility:

• Provide inputs to clear and innovative digital strategies

• Working closely with Brand, Application and Sales teams to develop digital to drive more sell out

• Plan and execute Social media, YouTube, Programmatic campaigns.

• Manage brand web-sites’ updates, promote web-sites via paid/non-paid search

• Content management – Oversee and ensure accuracy of product, application, technical information on company and partners web-sites and promo pages

• Content creation, translation, adaptation

• Constantly update online education and marketing web-sites and promote them across all touchpoints, drive traffic and registrations

• Execute communicational part of CRM project for B2B partners in close cooperation with the sales team

• Elaborate digital strategies and support the fulfillment for key partners (customers)

• Increase engagement in the B2B and B2C via strong social media campaigns, always on content plans or email program, through segmentation and re-targeting techniques

• Track & Communicate performance against KPIs and propose recommendations to improve results

• Elevate the digital IQ of the organization through capability building activities

• Control cross-sell activities on Customers’ sites based

• Monitor & propose/implement optimization of digital campaigns

• Tracking of promo campaigns execution sites

• Content Writing, Creatives and Design support for media development, for marketing, launch, reviews, blogs, interviews, re-engagement.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital agency or mixed with client side

• Marketing, Business, Computer Science or similar relevant Bachelor’s degree;

• Working on the edge of internal Sales/ Marketing teams, Agency performance team & Customers’ Digital Specialists

• Digitally savvy and active on social media

• Proven track record of successful implementation of business driven technologies and multi-channel digital campaigns

• Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practice

• Fluent in digital landscape, knowledgeable in wide range of performance instruments

• Strong ability to actively contribute in technical IT conversations

• IT literate, across a multiple of devices and software platforms — Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Analytics and any CRM system

• Entrepreneurial and innovator spirit with a high curiosity for new technology trends

• Experience of working as part of a team, including working in collaboration with stakeholders

• English – upper-intermediate or higher

• Knowledge of all adobe programs for photo and video editing

• Knowledge of any CRM and SMM programs like Hootsuite / Zoho / Freshsales / Sales force

Content Creation and Post Production Requirement

Photos required

• Images using props - Purses, holding coffee/tea - with high fashion brand’s accessories bags which are trending to empha the positioning of our brand and the "fit"

o Flat Lay images

o Product placements – in color but also in white background for PR related press kits

• Zoomed in/Up Close images of detailing of work adding more content to story of each garment and for online usage

• Cut out images (Product only, no model – see this moving along now brings more authenticity

• GIFs and Boomerangs, Stickers, other trending modes for social media integrations

• Group photos (more than one model posing together) – gives the lifestyle images for each genre being highlighted.

• Fast Shutter Shots

Video Creation

• BTS (behind the scene videos, for each campaign)

• Genre/Categorization of New Arrivals (Product synergy with Trending Topics)

• DIVA Fashion Forward (Channel - like a weekly Style Check where two people women within store talking about new arrivals, another wearing it and exhibiting)

• Branding Video – for each campaign

• Core Value/Employee/Customers - UX/Testimonials Video

• EId/Ramadan/Public Holidays Engagement Videos (Can create collections to resonate with milestone holidays which may be used for social media postings)

Summary of Goals:

Strategy/Campaign Research & Content Development:

• Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking Targets: Listening, and differentiation info, Audience Segmentation & Audience Analysis for better strategy development.

• Trending Topics for Content Insights: Helps link a trending story to our collections and brands engagement with clients.

• Based on this Niche identification, to create Moodboards-Inspirations-Illustrations for each garment categorizing in genres.

• Content Personalization, Curation, Copy writing – a consistent unified message for collections and our brand.

• Strategy formation and Scheduling

Creative Content Development:

• Photography: Monthly will need to be done once. (many types have mentioned below)

• Videography and Production: Monthly will need to be done once. (Branding, Genre highlight, Collection showcase, testimonial, etc)

• Graphic Designing/Post Production: To shape creative strategy set out and move to publication

• Influencer Marketing/Integration: Identify good fits as per strategy.

PR & Social Media Management:

• Optimization of accounts with creative flow: All creative content development, with graphic designing, creating ad, banners etcs for strategy to be implemented effectively)

• Social Media/Ads (Paid/Unpaid): Scheduling & Publishing (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat) Hashtag/Keyword strategies with trending topics to shape better placements

• User reposting, Customer engagement and ORM Online Reputation Management (improving reviews/ratings)

• Reviews, Blogging, Online Journals, Magazines publications, Creating and sending of Press kits to connect on PR possibilities.

• Analytics & Measurement (Listening & Collaboration)

• Organic growth of followers and brand awareness, which may lead to in-store or online sales.

Web/Online Maintenance and Services:

• Website Design Development: Enhancement of product galleries based on campaign and strategy

• Website Updation: Interative and creative updates for better UX and online engagement (3d tour of stores – Creative the DIVA experience) chatbot integration, leads management,

• Paid Markting Plan: Per-Click Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Google Ad words

• Landing Pages per campaign and Micro-Site Development for better shaping CAMPAIGN visibility and effectiveness
