Urgent Opening for the Manager Sales and Business Development at Noida (Sec-63)

Job Description:-

Designation: - Manager Sales and business development
Location:- Noida (sec-63)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Additional Preferred MBA /PGDM (Marketing )
Experience Require: Minimum 7 Years (RELEVANT )

Salary: - As Per Company Standard
1. Sales and business development for Company MGPS products through MGPS contractors, Consultants, OEMs and Government bodies on pan India level.
2. Understanding of the technical knowhow of MGPS systems and market trends and competition.
3. Active role in handling the MGPS systems RFQs and system design and costing for offer preparation working closely with design and engineering team.
4. Active role in relationship building with consultants and government bodies for spec in activities for our products and solutions.
5. Position will be based at Noida HO and will be reporting to Sales & Marketing Head.
6. Working closely with All India Sales Team for increasing MGPS business in all regions and supporting them technically.
7. Leading the launch of all new products and solutions related to MGPS by company.
8. Organizing and arranging different seminars and other promotional activities to further enhance the brand strength in MGPS field.
9. Ensuring the smooth relationship with existing customers in MGPS filed and substantial growth in revenue from same customers and adding new customers as well.
10. Interaction with global group company teams for technological support and information exchange for business growth..

Requirements:
1. Engineering degree with minimum 9 years’ experience in the same field.
2. Good knowledge of market, customers, consultants, OEMs, government bodies and competitors in this field.
3. Excellent understanding of the products and solutions, technicalities and market dynamics for this business line.
4. Good Presentation and communication skills with aggression and hunger for growth.
5. Team handling and leadership qualities.
