• Ensure that client related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company’s operating guidelines.
• Responsible for maximizing revenues and achieving month on month targets.
• Work closely with Business Development team to manage all sales activities of the studio and meet revenue objectives.
• To recruit qualified applicants, train and develop the team members in Technical, administrative and Managerial abilities
• Must motivate and mentor and give direction to the entire team.
• Conduct regular trainings
• Communicate all policies and procedures to the entire team.
• Conduct regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews and goals.
• Perform duties & manage the entire studio operations whenever needed.
• Responsible for P & L of the Studio
• Achieving Customer delights through friendly and proficient service
• Regular inspections of all sections to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department
• Ensure associates are up to date with product knowledge.
