Job Title: - Area Sales Executive Location: - Delhi/Ghaziabad/Noida
ASE shall be responsible for Merchant Acquisition, Relationship building with Merchants, and increasing sales of value added portfolio. Sales/ Merchant Acquisition: â¢ Meet Distribution and revenue targets for the assigned geography for both basic services and VAS. â¢ Implementation of RTM of his Area â" Channel specific and Product Specific. â¢ Outlet coverage planning for self and the FOS. Ensure merchants are visited on regular interval as per plan. â¢ Closure of hot leads from banks, distributorâs and other sources. Maintain database of hot leads and ensure timely conversion in to productive outlets.
Relationship Management: â¢ Has to have high level of engagement with Merchants,with greater focus on Non Carded Outlets. â¢ Work closely with the Distributor team on their training and motivation. â¢ Resolve Merchant queries. Actively engage self in problem escalation and issue resolution for merchants for seamless services.
Administrative: â¢ Documentation of Merchant Enrollment Form and submission. â¢ Checking and Collection of required KYC as per guideline. â¢ Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reports of self and distributor FOS for timely actions on improvement areas. â¢ Capture competitive feedback and report back to ABM/ State Head.
BTL Implementation: â¢ Effective communication and implementation of BTL Inputs at the outlet level. â¢ Suggest right outlets for BTL inputs like Dealer Boards, Onshops, SIS etc. â¢ Negotiate with outlets for posm implementation at hot spots in the outlets.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
