Opening : Branch Manager/Sr. Branch Manager
Location : Bangalore
Division - Laminates
Salary range â€" 10 LPA to 15 LPA

Job Role: Regional Head - Laminate.

Job Purpose

Responsible for building business by identifying business prospects, focusing on repeat sales, increasing market penetration and maintaining customer relationships in a particular Regional.

Accountabilities and KPIs:

Key Accountabilities
1. Prepare sales budget of the particular zone and track the budget to minimize variation.
2. Identify business opportunities, visit project sites, generate and close sales leads.
3. Establish annual and monthly sales targets by analyzing trends, results, market sizing as well as projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products in consultation with Sales executive. Provide updates, revisions and modifications to the plans, if required.
4. Visit client sites to attend escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution of the complaints timely.
5. Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
6. Ensure market penetration by rolling out annual sales promotion schemes in consultation with Marketing department.
7. Explore new sales channels ensuring increased market penetration
8. Stay up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
9. Prepare target review reports and share it with the Sales Head periodically.

Experience & Educational Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(degree, training, or certification required) • Graduation in any discipline

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
(no. of years of technical, functional, and/ or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
• 8+ years of experience in Sales
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in All- India Sales in Laminates/ Furniture Industry
• Conversant with MS office and Tally
