Job Description
We have an excellent opening with US MNC based in Andheri East Mumbai.They are looking for Office Administrator.ob Purpose: Finance, Admin & Accounting Support

Dimensions of Job: (Quantifiable characteristics for which the job has controlling impact, ) and Personnel (number of subordinates, indirect subordinates or functional reports.)

· Be the Local ‘in office” person responsible for managing / working with the Third Party handling Payrolls / Audits / taxation / compliance, etc

· Be the primary contact for all Orders and payments to Vendors (work with our 3P)

· Provide and help with TDS (Tax) Certificates for Vendors

· Manage Bank transactions and Handle Petty cash requirements

· Key contact point for all Corporate Credit cards / Bank account establishment for new employees

· Travel Expense Records and Reimbursement for all the Staff (work with 3P)

· Key to preparing & managing records of Leave / Foreign currency / Expenses of employees, etc.

· Be the 1st point of contact to work with local Govt / Municipal authorities on annual office approvals, inspections, regulatory issues, licences, etc.

· Work with the Insurance cos for office and Employee Insurances and their continuity.

· Follow up on the Provident Fund accounts of the employees and ensure all records are updated

· Handle Petty cash & keeps records of all Petty cash usage.

· Handle Purchase Orders and Vendor Payments through SAP .

· Customer Sampling

· Business Analysis â€" Assist in Forecasting / Budgetting for Commercial Teams.

Principal Accountabilities: (Four to ten statements of accountability which can be observed or measured.)

Timely placement of Orders to vendors and timely payments

Timely handling of office licences / approvals , with Local Govt authorities

Manage Bank Transactions , all Expense Reports of employees and Petty cash

Facilitate Bank a/c opening/ Corporate credit card for all new hires and ensure the PF accounts are updated.
