Hiring for a leading IT MNC @Kolkata and Bangalore with excellent communication skills and a vast experience in IT.

Job description:
Should be comfortable in working in a voice support role.
Has to be very good in Communication. Written and Spoken Has to be excellent in English communication with experience in UK process preferred
Should be aware of sending business mails to clients Used to communicating with end users over the history of a ticket(optional)
Should have experience in making users understand faults and errors in their systems and educate the same to the users(optional)
Technical Skill (optional)

Complete MS office features and support specially Outlook. with experience in exchange server (required), POP3 and IMAP are optional
Strong Knowledge related to Hardware troubleshooting required
Strong Knowledge related to WINDOWS operating system (WIN 7 and WIN 10) is required
Good analytical Skills
Grasp in Networking understanding the concept of LAN/WAN
Understanding of IP addressing
Knowledge in Active Directory, Domain accounts How a domain password reset works
Knowledge in Remote Troubleshooting
Process oriented
Advantage if similar experience in 24 x 7 IT Service Desk profile
Experience in handling Clients
Experience in handling office users
