We are hiring Senior Content Developer (Instructional Design) .

Position : Senior Content Development. (Instructional Design)
Experience : Minimum 2 Years of experience on the same.
CTC : 4.50 LPA
Education Qualification : Any Graduate with MBA in HR. (Technical back ground preferred).
Key Responsibilities: Derive content strategy to form the foundation of the capability development team.
Design, develop and validate highly engaging and interactive content/training material by implementing ID theories and methodologies
Designing story boards for animations, videos and other multimedia materials for all the training programmes as required.
Apply the principles of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) Instructional Systems Design model.
Develop / write training content based on Adult Learning &ID Principles. Knowledge of Psychometric Tests, Behavioral Assessments &Reports Generation is a must.
Proactively analyse training needs of the entire Organization based on competencies, develop training programs, and create training calendar and schedules, and end to end activities in alignment with the Learning &Development division.
Manage relationships with stakeholders in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop/deliver training programs to support assigned product (e.g., instructor-led classroom-based or web-based training etc.)and be responsible for creating expert pools to share best practices, physical and online forums in all verticals and ensure timely delivery required learning solutions.
Conduct TTTs Train the Trainer- programs in Instructional design, facilitation skills and other skills enhancement programs. Schedule and manage train the trainer program
Improve Induction/orientation and on the Job training material and online assessments.
Develop detailed process documents and training manuals.
Must have vast knowledge on Instructional Design
Knowledge on retail operations is a must
Knowledge on training modules and methodology is needed
Should have worked on MS Office and other designing softwares.
Video scripting editing and creation experience is a must
Should have Problem Solving skills
Must be good at Planning &Organizing
Should have worked on Customer Relationship Management.
