Job Description
Experience :

Preferably Candidate should have Army / Defence background even RT Defence employee can be considered for the position or

candidate having 5 to 6 years insurance Sales experience.

Job Description :

1.Develop , conduct and execute Work Site Presentations (WSP) in various unit of Arm Forces / Defence Segment in Area.

2.Ensure, maintain a lead record in sales diary, pipeline of customers in Branch.

3.Implement Defence work Process and adhere to the business norms.

4.Ensure product knowledge by company’s way of training.

5.Ensure Defence process – Field calls and post presentation follow up process in unit/ Battalions.

6.Develop relations with BDE CDR,s/ CO/ Officers/ SM/ of the corps/ Divisions/ BDE.

7.Develop Relations with officers in concerned AOR handling/ Asha School/ VTC/ BDE schools etc.

8.Development of prospecting habit, calling habits and work habits in team.

1.Broad understanding of the target segment (Defence)

3.Communication and negotiation skills.

4.Accounting and pay structure understanding of the target segment (Defence)
