Job Description: 

• The individual will be responsible for the leasing and sale of Commercial Apartments and will play a role for the team to achieve the targets assigned.

• He/she will be responsible for the operations within the Commercial team and will oversee the delivery of the Commercial business.

• Job profile also involves leasing/sale of Commercial Villas /Apartments in Ahemdabad

• Implements real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals.

• Assisting the client with Market and product knowledge which can result in a win-win situation for the client as well as the firm.

• Concurrently acts as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiates the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of Commercial Properties.

• Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with clients by understanding their residential needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly. Work with landlords to market their properties.
