The Informatica University team plays a pivotal role in building the future of Informatica by building training contents to build and contribute significantly to success of our products by training aligning to our customer and partner’s needs. Playing a key part in assisting the product Revenue growth by building well trained customer and partner team by building  strong teams to  ensure their Success at all levels in Implementation our Informatica Products.. Backed by the strength of the Informatica brand we act as evangelists and trusted advisors to build joint solutions with Partners to  solve our customers’ data problems. This trust is due to the quality products we offer and the support we provide with a team of experts who are dedicated to our Partners’ success.

Your Opportunity

As a skilled Training Coordinator, you will have cross-industry, cross-functional and cross-domain know-how. In this role, you will facilitate and coordinate setting up training, aligning trainer, and communicating to the students and by enrolling them to the trainings,

You will have the opportunity to work side by side with some of the top technical talent in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service support on phone and email
  • Support class scheduling and logistics (ordering printed materials, communication with instructors, students etc.)
  • Consult with customers on getting the most value on their training purchases
  • Attend regular team calls and meetings when required
  • Work toward established goals and key metrics identified with management
  • Support sales team needs, and student registration/transactions
  • Support customers when issues arise, aiding in resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Project work and involvement in team activities
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support
  • Assist customers with system issues around training
  • Manage live training classes (both in classroom and virtual)
  • Create and maintain reports and tracking tools
  • Work on establishing and improving KPIs around Education Success

 
 

You’re Qualifications

A strong candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or equivalent.
  • 2 - 3 years in co Ordinator activities managing


·        Like working with customers
·        Have strong communication skills
·        Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
·        Proactive to resolve issues and find appropriate solutions to challenges
·        Asks questions, takes notes, follows up on incomplete information
·        Personable and well-presented over the phone and via email
·        Works well without a lot of supervision
·        Willing to learn new skills and is coachable
·        System User experience (any prior LMS, CRM, HR software, etc.…)
·        Service experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English language is required, French is a strong plus
