Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a comprehensive Total Rewards program that aligns the rewards with results which helps the strategic business results. The reward program should be able to get, retain and engage the right talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Must have extensive knowledge of rewards program and best practices in product software companies.
• Do the overall planning of compensation – Budgeting/ forecasting,
• Collaborate with all stakeholders with effective communication to get plans implemented. Must be able to effectively inform teams of compensation and benefit activities .
• Must be expert in designing and implementing program which includes all the complexities of compensation management, giving significant present and future changes in the program.
• Make sure that compensation and benefit recommendations take into account the budgetary constraints but also take into account the market competitiveness.
• Awards program must be aware of diversity employees and take care of their sensitivities.
• All programs must take into account the company culture and ethos of the organisation.
• develop training material and simple tools to explain the program.
