Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading testing engagements within the organization and driving various test cycles and for leading the testing resources and providing various metrics to leadership. Principal Duties/Responsibilities Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. Deploying and managing resources for testing Working with testing around Cloud based systems like HCM/ERP Cloud Script Automation and Automated testing tools Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training required. Skills: Must have experience in HP ALM and UFT Must have experience in testing of Oracle suite of products Extensive experience around testing capability, tools and processes Experience working on multiple testing engagements and driving end to end testing requirements. Experience around managing testing team and reporting metrices Working with testing around Cloud based systems like HCM/ERP Cloud Knowledge/Experience: Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including minimum 6 years in testing roles.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
