The Automation Lead / Manager is experienced in overall automation strategy, approach and best practices to automate test cases using QuickTest Professional (QTP), Selenium and other automation tools. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a process for delivering automation, including automation criteria. · Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development and automated testing Proven communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with team members Proven analytical and problem solving skill · At least 4 years experience in automating tests - working knowledge of automation frameworks (key word driven/data driven/hybrid etc) · At least 4 years experience in test planning and test case development. · At least 5 years experience in software tools and techniques used in software development and automated testingSkill Set:
Done 2 Telco Projects and Automation Testing The candidate should possess ISTQB CFTL certification (must have/niche skills)

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
