Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in direct & Channel Sales.

Preferred from auto accessories and spares sales experience to channel partner and Dealer , and knowledge on networking.

• Candidate must have presentation skill.

• Must be good in Client Relationship.

• Must have Emphasizing Excellence.

Candidate must be energetic & go getter.

Job Description:

• Identifies business opportunities and having responsibility of handling distributors in the assigned territory.

• Maintains relations with Distributors by providing support, information, and guidance.

• Researching and recommending new opportunities.

• Recommending profit and service improvements.

• Identifies product improvements or new products.

• Informing current industry trends, market activities of competitors.

• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Sending Route plan and daily reports and impart training to Distributor/Dealer whenever required.

• Responsible for billing, delivery and collection on time.

• Updating management with market knowledge such as competitors’ strength and weakness.
