Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: 
Ø Calling & Counselling our Clients looking for PR - Permanent Resident Skilled Worker Visa for Canada, Australia and New Zealand and Providing consultation services to address potential clients interest in Visas, including establishing suitability of the candidates visa.

Ø Communicating with interested clients, the complete process involved in PR Visa process.

Ø Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service including US, UK and Australia and Canada PR, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

Ø Establish and Maintain relationship with the registered clients and potential clients by providing support, information and guidance.

Ø Identify and resolve client concerns.

Ø Team Handling – Team of 30 member in 2 different branches by monitoring the work and assisting them to achieve their daily and monthly targets as per KRA

Ø Arrange team meeting and sharing the best practice with the team players.

Ø Ensuring the all sales and service objectives are met.

Ø Generating reports about the team’s performance and reporting directly to VP.

Ø Complete A to Z closing the sales as an individual target and responsible to ensure that the branch met the sales target.
