Job Description
♣ Preparing a Business Plan – Annually, Quarterly and Monthly including the budgets required for execution
♣ Batch Planning across Centres in the Territory in consultation with Centre Teams
♣ Planning and Implementing the Marketing Activities to meet the leads and walk-ins target at centres in order to start the proposed batch with required strength as per the plan
♣ Ensuring the compliance to process in Batch formation across Centres
♣ Ensuring the resources (Infra, Trainers, Training Kits etc.,) are in place at centres for smooth training delivery
♣ Build a pipeline of opportunities for student placements through placement team
♣ Ensure Strict adherence to Project guidelines and timelines as defied respective project authorities
♣ Ensuring quality and delivery through periodic feedbacks and assessments
♣ Daily Monitoring of the activities in the centres: Including Marketing and Sales, Course Delivery, Placements, and MIS reports
♣ Conducting Weekly / Monthly Team reviews and corrective measures as required to improve the performance
Recruiting, Training and Supporting the Marketing & Sales, OPS, Placements, Admin and Other Teams at the Centres
