Technical Writer Job Description, Solvas Family of Products As a technical writer, you will be involved in working with the development, quality assurance, and business teams to create user and technical documentation for our proprietary Solvas family of software products. Work you will do The key responsibilities will be to: • Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals • Manage updates and revisions to user manual and other technical literature • Utilize a variety of media forms; including images and charts • Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary The team Market: Financial Risk, Transactions and Restructuring (FRTR) Solution: Transformation Sub-Solution: Securitization (Financial Technology) Level: Consultant / Analyst (Product Talent Model, Business Analysis Job Family) Location: India (Hyderabad or Bengaluru) Our Financial Technology practice develops and licenses a growing family of proprietary software products (see ) to assist financial institutions with a number of complex topics, such as accounting for credit deteriorated assets and the administration of investments in leveraged loans. We are looking to add dedicated technical writers to our team. Qualifications and Experience Required: • BA or BS is required; English, finance, accounting or economics major strongly preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong research skills • 1-3 years of relevant work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfort reading & interpreting legal documents (English) • Ability to communicate effectively with a cross section of our client base, analysts, portfolio managers, compliance officers, technology officers and directors • Exercises independent judgment and multi-task oriented • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products • Ability to prioritize work load • Knowledge of Syndicated Loan market a plus • Experience with an asset tracking system a plus • Capital markets knowledge a plus
