Job Description
Skills:

• Has 3 – 6 years of technical writing/content writing experience

• Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and professionally

• Good writing and editing skills in English; Ability to write in a lucid manner

• Demonstrates an good level of understanding with the authoring, graphics, and other tools needed to generate technical information

• Good sense of language, including grammar, usage and style

• Good verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills – ability to work well across the organization

• Writes technically accurate, grammatically flawless information

• Very good familiarity with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Organized and Meticulous, Attention to detail 

Job Role:

Creates/Reviews various types of Project documents

• Creates/Reviews various types of Sales/Recruitment documents e.g. Resumes

• Demonstrates strong cross-teaming skills and is a team player

• Generates technical information that meets the established quality and style standards

• Uses standard documentation methods to effectively communicate product concepts and use

• Uses product knowledge and investigative techniques to add value to the content beyond that which is provided by domain experts

• Works hands on with products

• Communicates documentation needs and issues, and can propose solutions and or alternatives

• Result-oriented, creative, and independent thinker

• Ability to perform independent research to understand the product
