Job Description
Desired Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, English, or equivalent experience is preferred
Pharmacy software experience or exposure to health care industry a plus
Mandatory Skills:

Efficiently develop and publish documentation online such as User Guides, Release Notes, training documentation, Online or User Help tools, and other collateral materials
Research, collect source data, interact with software, and coordinate with appropriate personnel to compose text for technical documentation
Deliver technical documentation that is accurate and comprehensive
Communicates and collaborates with cross-functional teams actively within SDLC methodologies and translates team specifications, designs and other artefacts into meaningful documentation for both the business and technical user on release enhancements, defect resolutions and product notifications
Update documentation to keep current with frequent software changes
Improve content in response to feedback from customers and colleagues in a timely manner
Demonstrate aptitude to analyse existing workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identify improvements
Design, modify, develop, and support development of high quality templates, reports and other written materials.
Work in cooperation with teams to coordinate production of final output to ensure timely completion of documentation projects.
Assist with providing information for marketing documentation, business process documentation, and training materials as needed. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Critical Skills

Detailed knowledge of technical writing in a systems environment.
Proven ability to write in explanatory, procedural and creative styles and for multiple audiences.
Advanced computer skills with focus on word processing and publishing programs with extensive knowledge about technical subjects in their respective fields
Ability to navigate, check in/out documents and version control
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner and self-starter, works well under pressure and timelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet deadlines, and to simultaneously tackle and coordinate multiple projects
Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal, including grammar, punctuation, spelling
Capacities to design, develop, and implement projects to address operational, quality, and service improvements
Additional Knowledge & Skills
