About the team
This role is a part of ourRDP team. Technical Writer is required.

What you will be doing
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • An exposure to Microsoft Style of Technical Publication (MSTP)..
  • Creating different types of manuals i.e., User Manual, Installation Guide, Administrator’s Guide, etc., and well-versed with their technicalities.
  • Simplify the information with the usage of screen captures, illustrations, tables, and so on

What you bring
  • 3 - 5 yrs. experience with Strong understanding of role of Technical Writer. Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Style of Technical Publication (MSTP) Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC) and its relationship with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Must have experience in creating different types of manuals i.e., User Manual, Installation Guide, Administrator’s Guide, etc., and well-versed with their technicalities
  • Must have experience in interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholder to get an insight of the product.
  • Produce a high-quality documentation by incorporating changes in the current manuals or by creating manuals from scratch.
