We have opening for Technical Lead in Interbational Bank

Responsibilities in the Role

• Design and develop need basis, Business outcome based learning solutions within the scope of available budget and resources. End to end accountability of all technical learning interventions

• Partner with the Business Lines to understand the technical learning needs of the Business Lines and working as consultant with them to co-author/develop technical learning programs.

• Work with the Business Lines to set up and run Technology Learning Academies

• Work closely with the Business Line on implementing a future landscape of applicable training to help make the Business Line future ready.

• Manage periodic reporting of identified key indicators that measure the value of learning solutions and communicate to appropriate stake-holders

• Collaborate with L&D head to propose new Business cases for enhancing learning abilities in line with HR unit and GSC strategy

• Lead and manage IT projects within L&D with clear outcomes driven benefits realization

Education/Qualifications required: Scaled Agile framework certification, Program Management Certification

Experience : 10 plus years


Abilities/skills required:

 Have knowledge about the current technology landscape that is impacting the industry.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with ability to connect with colleagues at different levels

 Adaptability to multi-cultural team environment as the incumbent will interact and engage with senior colleagues and stake-holders across the globe

 Ability to navigate across a matrix organization to manage programs and projects

 Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers

 Energetic and mature with ability to adapt to frequently changing technology landscape
