Job Description Summary:

Need Mandarin speaking resource profiles. Who can handle help desk internal calls on Computer and Network related queries

If they are not aware of it, Arrow will train them on the technical stuff.

Salary Max:- 50 K/Month (if any resources have expectation more than this, please share the details too)

Location – Bangalore

Exp. – 1-3 yrs.

Principal Accountabilities

Help Desk Analysts are on the frontline of customer support. They are focused on helping to resolve technical issues end users encounter, or connecting those users with more intensive IT support, when needed.

• A Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst typically takes the initial inquiry and manages relatively simple hardware, software or network issues.

• A help desk analyst spends most of the day performing remote support. This can take several forms:

Over-the-phone support

Screen sharing or remote control

Live chat support

Email support

Job Complexity

● Has no discretion to vary from established procedures

● Has no related work experience or has work experience but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function

● Works under general supervision

● Maybe either a senior level support or an entry-level professional role

Experience / Education

Typically requires a 3-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience

Job Description

Experience: 1-7 years

Academics: AnyGraduate (Full Time)

• Provides accurate solutions to user problems to ensure user's productivity.

• Responds to all calls received by the Help Desk (Phone, Email, Chat, Web) and ensures that each Help Desk call received is logged.
