Job Description
Candidates must have 1+ years of experience in international process. 
Must have good English communication skills.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure customer products and services work propriety
  • Asks necessary questions in order to solve issues, determining root causes of problems and finding appropriate resolutions
  • Resolve technical problems clients have with internet and cable
  • Troubleshoot effectively to understand root cause of the problem
  • Introduces and promotes the use of self service options relevant to clients' needs
  • Accurately obtains, documents and confirms client personal information
  • Builds relevant professional relationships with internal contacts
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and gain trust of your customer
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Level 1-2 Troubleshooting 
  • Organizational skills and self-discipline required to manage their time effectively 
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment 
  • Ability to document and record processes followed 
  • Desired English Level 8.0
