Hiring for Technical Support Executive / Sr. Technical Support Executive

  • Hiring Technical Support Engineer

    • Any Grad/UG/Drop-out with min 1 year exp in Technical Support (Voice) Process in International BPO can apply

    • Req knowledge in Servers, Active directory, DNS, DHCP

    Job Description: - Inbound / Outbound Technical Support. (Candidates with Excellent command over English are eligible) Interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like enterprise servers / cloud computing 



  • Salary upto 5 LPA + Unlimited incentives 
  • Excellent verbal skills in English Language.
  • SERVER knowledge is must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory & Operating Systems
  • Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007/2010.
  • Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
