Job Description
Position : Technical Support Executive (Non-Voice) / Email & Chat Support
 Package(CTC) : 1.44 lpa to 2 lpa + (incentives based on performance)
 Experience : 0 to 2 years (International)
 Shift Timings: Night shift 
Qualification : Intermediate/Graduate 
Type : International Email & Chat Support 
Typing Speed : 30WPM
 Transport: Two-way Cab (Home pick & drop)
 Working Days : 5 days (Rotational)
 Location HITECHCITY,HYDERABAD
 Job Role:
 â€¢ Provide customer service for electronic products such as High-definition Consumer goods, Smart phones and Tablets. 
ʉۢ Provide technical assistance through web-chat and email-based communication tools.
 Job Responsibilities:
ʉۢ Providing timely resolution to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and in accordance to established guidelines.
ʉۢ Troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues and schedule field service calls when necessary.
 â€¢ Adhering to quality and performance standards. 
 â€¢ Understanding and striving to meet or exceed program metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service. 
 â€¢ Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs in accordance with company guidelines. 
ʉۢ Retaining customers and preventing from disconnecting services, repair and respond to diverse types of inquiries.
• Documenting customer transactions accurately and in-time in related customer and business tools.
ʉۢ Collaborating with team members and cross functional teams as per the business need.
ʉۢ Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the program and service delivery process.
