(EPS & O365) Microsoft Process
Work Location - Pune & Gurgaon
Atleast 1 year of experience is required in Technical support voice process

Excellent written and communications skills (English)
Excellent Troubleshooting skills, search skills, the ability to approach problems logically
Strong experience in Active Directories, Exchange Servers, DHCP, DNS.
CTC - Up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives
