Job Description
Hiring Freshers for Global IT Helpdesk- International Voice Process / Technical Support / Tech Support / International Call center / Technical Support Fresher

Troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledge base.
Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups

Shifts Timings:
5 days working 24* 7 shifts(including night shifts)
Any 2 Rotational offs
9 Hours Login ( including 1 Hour Break )
Excellent command on English (Verbal and Written)

Immediate joiners preferred.
