Job Description
support by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Candidates are mainly responsible for the smooth running of application.
Provide Level 1 client support and technical issue resolution via CRM (SalesForce) tool, phone and other electronic medium.

• Interact with various internal teams like IT support functions, Development, Operations and QA to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.

• Monitor server logs and report if there is any exception.

• Work with Tier2 team to analyze root cause and provide a permanent fix or workaround.

Minimal skill sets required to consider the profiles:

• International inbound calling experience mandatory

• Must be collaborative, possess good written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office products

• Willing to learn new technologies.

• Good at handling calls and willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

• Good logical troubleshooting skills.
