Technical Support Associate

MS 365 & EPS Process 


o Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.

o Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

o Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology vertical.

o Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise/exchange server & cloud computing

Candidate Profile-

o Any Graduate - Any Postgraduate - Any Undergraduate - Drop out (Experienced) / (pursuing with 12 months of technical support experience.

o Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience is must.

o Salary up to 4.5 LPA.

o Excellent verbal skills in the English Language.

o Excellent knowledge of Windows Servers.

o Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory & Client operating systems

o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
