Technical Solution Engineers
Job Description: - Inbound / Outbound Technical Support.
Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like enterprise servers / cloud computing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
-Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
-Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
-Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.Candidate Profile-
-Any Graduate - Any Postgraduate - Any Undergraduate - Drop out (Fresher/Experienced) / (pursuing with 12 months technical support experience.
-Salary upto 4.5 LPA
-Excellent verbal skills in English Language.
-SERVER knowledge is must.
-Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory & Operating Systems
-Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007/2010.
-Flexible with 24/7 Environment.Certifications (Preferable):-
-Exam 70-640(Windows Server 2008)
-Exam 70-662(Exchange 2010)
-Exam 70-321(Deploying Office 365)
-Exam 70-323(Administering Office 365)
