Job Description
Technical Support Executive (Voice ) - International Help Desk / Service Desk

Experience – 6 months to 5 years

Salary – 2 lacs p.a to 3.6 lacs p.a + incentives

Shift – Night shift (8:30PM – 5:30 AM) - Fixed Shift

Type - International Voice Process (US Company)

Communication – Excellent in English

Job Location – Jubilee Hills

Job Description:

• Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral)

• Strong knowledge on computer hardware, network, operating systems, and Internet services preferred

• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues for Laptop/Desktops/Applications issues

• Ability to apply logical thinking to provide solutions to customer issues

• Minimum 1 Yr. experiencing in serving US Customers on technical issues(VOICE ONLY)

• Deductions only for Provident Fund , Professional tax ..

• 5 days a week

• Female: Cab Facility (YES)

• Male: No Cab (Travelling Allowances provided)

Functional Skill Required:

• Good with communication skills
