Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical/Electronics.

Experience: 1 - 3 years of Experienced in Instruments / Analytical Instruments / Tribology.

Job Responsibilities:

* The Achievement of Sales Targets for Assigned Territory. Sales Targets are Met in a Consistent Fashion through All Quarters & are on Track Towards Achievement of The Annual Sales Target for Assigned Region.
* Responding to All Inquiries Received from Assigned Region, Maintains Accurate Logs of Communications, Proposals & Associated Tasks Using The CRM Software.
* Maintaining Frequent Interactions with Existing & Potential Customers in Assigned Region, By Phone, Emails & Personal Visits.
* Organizing Periodic Promotional Visits to Assigned Region with Sales Manager / Members of The Technical Team.
* To Generate Leads, Which Will Include Making Introductory Phone Calls,* Send Promotional Letters, Make Personal Visits  
* Gain References from Existing Network of Contacts.
* Preparing Monthly Travel Plan for Approval by The Sales Manager & will Submit Daily Reports when on Travel.
* Weekly Activities Must Be Submitted to The Sales Manager for Preparation of Departmental MIS.
* Responsible for Regional Travel Plans, Marketing Events & Other Such Activities While Staying Within Allotted Budgets.
* Technical Team for Successful Closure Which May Involve Presentations, Negotiations & Personal Visits.
* In Sales Involving Customized Test Instruments, Escalate The Case To Sales Manager And The Technical Team Will Assist In Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals.
* Submitting Weekly Reports to Sales Manager Every Saturday Evening. Compiling Sales Report for Review.
* Compiling Order Value (OV) Report for Eligible Sales & Submit It to Manager on Every Month.
* Responsible for Generating Enquiry to Closing Order & Collecting The Payment, Any Other Responsibilities Assigned from Time To Time.
