• Strong knowledge in Technical spares sales • Branding Knowledge (added Value) • Experience in Negotiation and spare cost • Sells MRO products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects • Develops relationship with clients through managing and interpreting with clients • Negotiation with the customers and supporting the process till shipment and logistics • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and recommending profit & service improvements • Knowledge in sales and purchase order generation • Preparation of report weekly/Monthly and building execution document • Knowledge in Dispatch letter/ LR updation • Coordinating with the team and updating regularly • Have to meet Client/Customer regularly • Willing to travel globally

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
