Job Description
Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end recruitment process for all internal and external selection; sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer.

• Actively build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs

• Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools

• Continuously develop new channels of recruitment.

• Proactively identify, build relationships with and recruit passive external candidates via cold calls; conferences; networking events; or other networks

• Effectively represent the organisations business objectives and global career opportunities to potential candidates

• Follow consistent processes and best practices for selecting highest quality candidates

• Build long-term candidate relationships

• Conduct reference checks, communicate status of selection process to applicants, extend employment offers to candidates, and prepare and send formal offer letters to final candidates.

• Assure confidentiality of privileged communications, work product and records

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task at a fast-pace/high-level; ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment

• Performs other projects as needed.

Skills Required

• 0 – 1 year experience in Human Resources

• Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephone screening and schedule the interview and follow up

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as capacity to work under pressure

• Upbeat, positive, service oriented competent problem solver

• Willing to learn new things and adapt as per organisational goals

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Ability to represent company in a professional manner
