Job Title : Technical Project Manager/ Lead – Bhubaneshwar
Job Responsibilities –
Understanding the Business requirements of the client and converting them to IT opportunities for our company.
Will be responsible for implementing quality technology solutions.
Conduct system analysis and development.
Interacting with Client to learn document requirements.
Keep our systems updated with changing technologies.
Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems .
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of programs.
Creating work breakdown structure & project plans.
Implementing end to end solutions that may range from small to large d applications.
Communicating effectively with internal team and external client to deliver functional requirements.
Assisting in employee review and assessment processes & Reporting to the CEO.
Making strategic planning for enhancing the company’s business in terms of business intelligence and private enterprise analysis.
Suggesting and implementing software to improve the quality of business and to bring the required information available to the client.
Providing information regarding new techniques, which can help to increase the quality of the products and services.
Developing relationships with clients that further enrich client ties.
Project Planning and Project Management.
Market intelligence activities for the sector identify clients and needs.
Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands.
Travel to domestic and international locations for project implementation and delivery.
Team handling experience
Ready to travel depending on projects
Relevant Experience – 8 to 12 years
Working Days: 6 days
Saturdays – half day
Working Time – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Reporting to: IT Head
Team Size: 15 – 20 Members
Qualification: B tech
