Expertise in all handling all Pre Production / Sampling Technical related activities with strengths in Lectra based CAD / CAM, Cutting, Pattern, etc with strength in WOVEN’s is a must. The candidate should be an expert in handling stitch and demonstrate & train operators in various techniques. He/ She should be able to guide all sections based on customer requirements and trouble shoot in case of any issues.
Sal budget = USD 30,000 to 36,000 PA / negotiable + all other expat benefits

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
