The Technical Leader in this group must have a very strong exposure in software development, quality, and delivery of top quality service provider products. This individual is expected to provide technical guidance, support the management directions, inspire the team, drive the estimations and contributing to the planning activities. He must also work closely with cross functional teams across geography to facilitate, participate in design and development to ensure success of ongoing development and testing activities.
Who You are :
The candidate must also have a strong technical background preferably from a product company building out large scale engineering projects and working with high performance agile development team(s). Both software engineering skillset and optical domain technologies knowledge are key for this position.
